Reinforced prefabricated building construction, type "Vibrobeton" Vinkovci is made of roof porters, roof covers (roof balks or roof panels), longitudinal "H" or "T" supports and columns. It is possible to make carriers of crane paths and objects with multiple floors on investors demand. There is a possibility of closing the object with isolated or naked facade plates.

All the elements of building construction are made in metal molds according to all valid regulations and standards. External elements have smooth surfaces and don't require additional processing. The transport of construction elements is carried out with special trucks or railways. Before then the assembly starts, the investor is obligated to prepare an access path, a path for assembly and foundations.

The advantages of prefabricated building construction are fast building, dry assembly which also allows assembly during winter. Building construction is suitable for performance of industrial halls, warehouses, agricultural and sport objects etc.

ELEMENTS OF REINFORCED CONCRETE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

Thanks to the number of advantages over classical ways of building, the prefabricated way of building has more applications. In the beginning stages of building, a greater advantage is visible in prefabricated way of building because the elements of reinforced building construction are finished in a factory. The production is not subjected to climate and because of that the completion dates of production are shorter. Work done at the building site is made from the finished elements. Building with assembly elements is payable from the financial point of view and this kind of mass production is oriented to a wide market.

Vibrobeton is making prefabricated elements in its own productional machinery and they can be divided on:

1.) COLUMNS

Dimensions of columns depend on the purpose and height of building construction.

They are assembly in monolithic foundation cups.

2.) ROOF CARRIERS

a) Main roof carrier type „I" or "T" with cross cut and with a range from 10, 00 to 30, 00 m.

b) Secondary roof carrier (roof balks) type "T" with cross cut and with a length up to 16,00m on which the roof cover is fitted (usually sheet metal).

3.) BEAMS

a) Ceiling beams

b) Longitudinal braces type „H" or "T" with cross cut

c) Crane track carrier

4.) SLABS

a) Ceiling slabs type „TT" with a range up to 16.00m

b) Reinforced hollow ceiling slabs PPV with a range up to 16.00m

c) Roof slabs type „TT"

5.) FACADE PANELS (PREFABRICATED WALLS)

a) Ribbed facade panels (isolated and naked)

b) Flat thermo isolated facade panels with thickness of 20, 00 or 26,00m

Final finishing of facade panels is made of smooth concrete or washed with natural pebbles.

With these elements, we are able to offer production of objects with a range of 10, 00 to 30.00m. Length and height of objects are adjustable in dependence of technological purpose and demands of investors.
